(35F) how common do you think it is for people to filter their text responses through ChatGPT before sending their messages to their situationship or relationship partner ?

I’ve sat across from friends going through the details of their “situation” asking me for my help. Next thing I know their fingers get to typing and the next thing I know they’re saying that their AI chat bot also gives the same advice I just gave so like. Why am I here?
