Is Sahasa kubrow's dig still bugged with elusive poisture?

I recently got kuva grattler but i am having issues with my kubrow not digging when he is in combat even though wiki says they dig regardless of being in combat or not, i removed elusive poisture and he is now digging however i saw there is a patch from 2024 that says they fixed a bug where dig was not working with elusive poisture, are we sure that is really fixed?
