ISO Workspace on Weekends

I am in Vegas through the end of March and am ISO a workspace to host Zoom meetings Sunday mornings for a yoga training. I'm having a hard time finding a workspace that is open on Sundays and not super expensive to rent. I am hoping to find a space that I can have a little room to move around for demonstration purposes, but doesn't need to be fancy or overly private!

Open to all suggestions, thank you!
