Trying to play traitors with friends on zoom

My friends and I all love watching traitors and want to play a night of traitors but our problem is none of us live in the same state.

I really want to host a version of traitors on zoom with my friends but i’m trying to figure out the logistics.

We would have a host choose 2-3 traitors. I was thinking maybe the challenges could be a kahoot format or something like that. The roundtable discussion would be easy. People could go into breakout rooms to talk about who they think the traitors are or they could private message eachother.

My biggest issue is trying to figure out how the traitors would preform their actions? I understand putting them in a private breakout room but wouldn’t that be obvious to everyone else who’s left in the zoom? Also a part of me does not want to fully kick the people who get murdered out of the zoom so maybe having them be a passive watcher afterwards?
