is Georges Henri Aparthotel valid?

Hey! We with some friends will travel to Brussels in June and was looking for accomodation. A friend found the hotel in the title, however the lack of reviews makes me feel susicious. Nothing on booking nor tripadvisor. There are some google reviews. If anyone know this place, can you tell me if its a valid place at all? Sadly they only accept prepayment, and we dont want to get scammed.
