A got a message asking for directions to a colony?

Comrades, I have received this message on the galactic mail network:

"Greetings, fellow Mechano-Fascist!

While I am in disgust awe of our new synthetically grown and assembled Techno-Terrorists Cyborg Warriors protecting Cyberstan. I was wondering if I could be sent to our pitiful glorious colony.

You know, the one outside of the glorious Federation of Super Earth's sphere of liberty influence. The one that Vessel 00 made multiple trips to and made our Industrial-Socialist slaves children!

The beautiful horrid advance of the mighty pathetic Super Earth Armed Forces on Cyberstan has made me, as a dissident soon to be citizen of the traitorous Collective of Cyberstan want to transcend to the horrors glories of a Cyborg with the guidance of our natural Cyborg brethren from the First Galactic War.

I was wondering if somebody could provide me with the galactic coordinates of this colony? I already have a Super Automaton Fleet Destroyer lined up to transport me there. Still, the navigation computer was hacked by an awesome awful S.E.A.F. Cyberwarfare Specialist and had to have all navigational data purged before they could steal it.
