Is this a good price?

I’ve been contemplating either buying a cheap old diesel banger to get me through 500 miles a week, or financing a new-ish car.

I like the below but being a stingy anxious unsure person I’m not sure this is a good deal, so I’d like to see if you guys had any advice?
