Replacing halogen low beam lights with Lasfit LED in a Mk7.5 2019

Hey GTI fam! Can someone please direct me to a Youtube video that shows this installation on specifically a 7.5? Every video I've watched--even when listed as "7.5" is showing me the older Mk7 housing and connector OR skips the step where I disconnect the halogen harness to begin installing the new one. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
