How do you deal with appointments that are all over town?

Hi all, I run a small HVAC business and I’ve been noticing that I spend so much time driving across town between jobs.

Sometimes I have 2 appointments in the north side in the morning and one on the south side right after — feels like I’m wasting hours every day.

Does anyone else experience this? How do you usually handle scheduling efficiently?
