I know WBC was announced in MLB the show 26, but, how?

Hi, I'm new in MLB the show, I already have MLB the show 25, I just wanted to know how will EA implement WBC, I heard it is on Diamond Dynasty or something like that, but my friends and I are not competitive at all, we just play for fun, so, in MLB 26 will I be able to pick Venezuela and play against a friend who wants to play with Dominican Republic for example? And could I play a single player WBC tournament with Venezuela? I'm reading you.
