"All for one... sensei?!"

Before classes even started at UA, All Might was attacked by his archenemy, All For One, who looked younger than he was.

The battle was intense... but the result was that the Symbol of Peace died in combat, and the villain, using a Quirk stolen from a certain Yakuza member, fused their bodies in the hopes of obtaining One For All... only embers.

Either way, the world was already his; he could be the king of everything... but that would be boring. He wanted to play with the heroes a little... and what better way than to give them hope in the next generation?

"And that's why I'm here!" All For One said, slamming his fist on the blackboard and grinning widely.

"Is this a joke?" Jirō asked, her expression unreadable. The rest of the class looked the same.

"I wish it were, but he's telling the truth," Aizawa sighed. "He said he wouldn't hurt any of them, at least not until the end of the school year."

"On the other hand, you are completely free to try and defeat and kill me!" The villain's eyes gleamed arrogantly. "Of course, if any of you can."
