Came to the realization that my body wouldn’t be found until months later.

Support/Vent

A couple weeks ago when I was fighting off a super flu at home, it dawned on me that if I were to die, nobody would find me until I got evicted for not paying bills. I’d be found months later by the company that rents out the apartments.

I’ve enjoyed living alone, I do love my solitude. But I also have no family, friends, relationships, etc.

This more or less made me realize how lonely I truly am. Don’t get me wrong, living alone is great, but this loneliness and isolation has completely ruined my social skills and my sanity to the point where I’m no longer capable of making new connections. I’ve tried, but people start distancing themselves from me slowly, they find me “askew” or “strange”.

Living alone is great, but if you have connections with others, maintain them. Don’t end up like me.
