Looking for something with progression like WoT or WT, but not necessarially vehicle combat.

What i mean is im looking for a multiplayer game with progression, but short match based gameplay. I.e. im not looking for a traditional mmo, where i have to dedicate a few hours every night. But if i run a match here and there im still working towards something.
