Is 23F and 19M a weird age range gap?

I’ve been thinking lately because there’s this person I met at work and we’ve been talking a lot more and getting closer and bonding but I am worried about how people will feel about the age differences. I don’t want people to think the 23 year old is a creep or that the 19 year old is being used. They do seem to like each other a lot honestly but just worried about if the relationship first will be successful and if it seems right. There’s a 19M and a 23F. She turns 24 in September and he turns 20 in November. Do you think this relationship will work out?
