Notifications Monitor Connection Problem

I'm new to VineHelper Notifications Monitor V3 and seem to have a problem connecting. In the top box showing Mode and Connection, I have Mode enabled, but Connection is showing either Timeout or Websocket Error. If I click on it to bring up the connection info, Socket, Tier and Connection all say N/A. How do I fix this? Enable monitor and assisted load is checked.
