Applying for an MA without a BA
I left uni twice when perusing two different BA's - film I deferred for due to health reasons and fashion marketing I left as this happened during the pandemic as was really poorly handled. Qualification wise I do have my college A levels and did go onto complete a level 3 MultiChannel Marketing apprenticeship and have done 2 fashion related short courses. Following this I'm really keen on pursuing a masters in media and communications. I've done some freelance journalism, filmmaking and photography on the side and also run my own zine so do believe I've got a pretty strong portfolio and relevant industry experience. I know quite a few unis do consider applications with a non-traditional background and I'd love to know if anyone here has been accepted to do a Masters without having an undergraduate degree. How did you find the process of applying? Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated.
