Anyone just jump in and feel a bit disappointed?

Discussion

I'm probably not the target audience, but on the whole, my experience of the first little bit of the game:

  1. It's super pretty. Like, moreso than most things I've played.

But apart from that...

  1. The factory building feels like Satisfactory Lite
  2. Things feel shallow in a way that sets my teeth on edge
  3. The basic premise feels like corporate felatio (Wooh! Resource extraction and wide scale mining! Oh there's natives? Well, they're savages, so fuckem!)
  4. There's a deep sense of "I'm being lied to by every character around me" from day one that makes it hard for me to even want to pull, cause what am I gonna get, another corporate stooge that isn't gonna tell me jack shit?
