Aniwatch Account Issue

Has anyone else had an issue verifying account on aniwatch? If so can you recommend any fix even if not I'll take good ideas. I've tried everything including clicking the send verification email link (many times), attempting to communicate to the staff on platform (always says there was problem try again later), and I've even created new accounts (multiple times) in case I accidentally deleted the email accidentally. So far nothing works. I just want to be able to comment and interact but I'm only able to give a like or dislike. If anyone has any fixes or suggestions I would be immensely grateful.
