Really struggling

I have major depressive disorder, autism, and GAD. I am somewhat controlled with meds and therapy but last night was horrible. I just felt like laying there and dropping dead. I’m poor, can’t find a job, can’t find a relationship, and have struggled pretty much since 2005 when I started college. I don’t know if I will ever feel much good about myself. I just survive and that’s it.
