12 volt replacement HELP!

Hey everyone!

We've had the 12v battery finally fail on us. We live on a small island with the nearest BMW shop over 5 hours away by tow. I'm looking to replace this myself, and have been inspired by the other archived posts on this reddit.

My issue ... WHAT BATTERY?! NAPA says its one battery that is obviously too big. BMW doesn't sell the battery the manual says it needs (and will only do an in shop install).

I found on from REMY, but they won't ship to where I'm at. I saw one reddit where a guy used a ATV Energizer battery from Amazon ...

Very confused as to what battery will work for this replacement. ANY HELP HIGHLY APPRECIATED ASAP!
