I can only remember one scene, and I remember it poorly. Please help!

I’ve seen this movie dozens of times & everything except for one scene is completely lost!

Female looks like Teri Gertz, but isn’t Teri Gertz. She’s very ditzy. Wide eyed, brunette.

Her boyfriend or husband owes people something. Money, drugs, guns, something of value.

He tells her not to communicate with the bad guys. He comes home & she tells him that he’s gunna be mad at her because she talked to the bad guys & that if he doesn’t do what they say, bad stuff is gunna happen.

He gets mad. She throws a fit defending herself. He comforts her because he knows she’s a dumb dumb, but then gets mad again

It’s kind of a funny scene. High stakes & we are mad at her though
