Is anyone lagging?

For the past like 3 days when i play with my friends from the same country at night, only at night, it works perfectly and then out of no where i start lagging so much i can barely move, and my friends the same, then it starts working and then lags again over and over. It usually starts mid to late game I tried asking in 3 different matches if anyone else is lagging or its something with my country (Romania) but no one answeared.
