chicago question

okay, am I the only one that's been running into stepped on fetti in the chi? I mean I usually go to a couple spots but it's kind of making me ask the question cuz I'm like going to a fairly known hub spot that before was always a nuke... I mean it has fetti in it and I do get hi but at same time there's def either xyla or other tranq in it for the past few months at least....

Feel free to help send me in a better direction or share ur experience too, anything's greatly appreciated thx..
