Why are people against freezing satoshi's coins?

In 20-30 years from now quantum computing will get advanced enough where Satoshi's 1,000,000 coins could be stolen by quantum. This causes the risk of millions of coins entering the market which would tank the price at levels never seen before. Considering that I am 21 years old and plan on HODLING for the rest of my life, this is a real concern that can affect my financial future.

So there's a simple solution to this: The Bitcoin community says "Hey Satoshi and everyone else holding Bitcoin in Legacy P2PK Wallets, move your bitcoin to a new wallet. You have 10 years to do this and if you don't then your coins will get frozen forever 🤷‍♂️.

Why are Bitcoiners so against this idea? Yes you're freezing somebody's bitcoin but only after you give them a 10 year notice to move their btc. One decade is plenty of time to move your bitcoin to a new wallet. If the person doesn't then they are most likely dead anyways.
