Recommendation for 4K Gaming

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my setup in order to be able to play in 4K Ultra settings 100+ fps without any problem.

I play mainly one game : Dayz. But I also like AAA solo games from times to times.

Currently, I have a RTX 3060 with an I5 11400KF, 16go DDR4, which works perfectly for 1080p.

What would you recommend to buy (which GPU, which CPU) and in which order to get closer to 4K ?

Also, would you advise waiting for new GPUs in 2026/2027 ? (I have all the time, my upgrade can wait 1 or 2 years if needed)

Thanks a lot,
