Should I exchange my 7800x3d bundle for 9800x3d and change RAM?

*I'm a little rusty with this - this will replace the computer I built in 2011*

I bought the Microcenter 7800x3d bundle last week with the B650E-E and Crucial 32GB CL32 6400 RAM for $599 - Now I'm debating doing an exchange for a $679 9800x3d bundle.

If I DO exchange, should I go with another set of CL32 Crucial Pro overclocking RAM or switch to the G.Skill CL36, which are both included in the current bundle for $679?

I just bought a new 5070 for $549 (hoping to find an MSRP 5070 Ti to exchange) - I will be mostly doing some 1080p gaming and also PCVR with a Quest 3 in Virtual Desktop.

I know the 7800x3d will handle my tasks well, but trying to figure out if id rather just do the extra $80 for the better processor and what RAM to go with. I'd rather not go with the RGB Vengeance for an extra $50.
