Forceful Interrogation: Deals 20–40% strength damage to the target and hits again until Fever is applied. Each attack increases the chance to apply this effect by 20%

This does not work as intended. The unit hits 4 times regardless of Fever applied and at the end thr target receives 4 fever stacks.
