Alkphos rising trend over a year , tested isoenzymes alk phos came back high % intestinal , normal bone and liver levels

35 yr old , female , 240lbs , 5'3. Noticed alkphos started trending up after I had hypovelimic shock from a hemmorage during labor and baby loss sept 25th 2024 . Curious as to what the correlation could be with that event and it continuing to elevate since then and in addition to the fractionation of my alk phos showing high intestinal % .
