Neck lump - new
27F, 9 months postpartum and I found a lump next to my enlarged lymph node that I’ve had for years (ultrasound from 2021 showed it was normal superficial node that is just more prominent) I had Covid this past week and noticed my right side of neck was just swollen like my neck muscle felt bigger. I swear I feel a harder lump that’s not very mobile and I’m convinced it’s lymphoma or a metastasized tumor. I’ve dealt with health anxiety since younger and always looking for a problem. Only things I’ve noticed on top of this was in January I weighed 168 now I weigh 161 (I have no appetite and don’t drink alcohol anymore). I’ve woken up sweaty but only on back of my neck really a few times, and I feel fatigued like I want to lay down all the time (not sleep, just lay down - depression?) either way I see a PA to look at my neck tomorrow, will they be able to feel an abnormality or is it best I see a doctor. My husband says he can’t feel unevenness and I find the lump when I dig for it.
