Airbnb recommendation for couple

Hey!

I'm looking to book an Airbnb for me & my fiancee for 3 nights. Probably somewhere near airport (Ariana) or can go a bit further.

Anyone knows a good recommendation and if anyone here is hosting, would you accept cash out side of airbnb?
