CHRONIC MIGRAINE AND AKATHISIA

I had akathisia triggered by migraine meds- likely the steroid as I didn’t have reglan or compazine. It’s only slowly beginning to calm 4 months out. But I have severe daily migraines that otc neds don’t touch. I’m afraid to take anything systemic. Doc wants me to try Botox but it’s a neuro toxin and that scares the shit out of me. Anyone here able to manage their chronic migraines with meds or Botox that didn’t worsen or trigger akathisia?
