Nothing has changed

It has been a month now since i heard from the boys. My ex and i have joint custody with visitation and parenting time established thru the courts in 2017. I still call and text every night. My oldest one was allowed to contact my mom about a week ago. At that time he called from his cell phone. It had been taken away, i asked if he had gotten his phone back she will not say. I have started calling both her phone and his phone everynight. She wont say if he is getting my text messages that i send him or if she is deleting them. I text her today and told her since she refuses to meet for exchange i will come get the boys from school next friday then she can drive the 2 hours to come pick them up on sunday. She ignored me as usual. I need to go to the court house to file paperwork anyway so at least it wont be a wasted trip when she pulls her nonsense.
