Tenex or TenJet?

Anyone have experience with TenJet or Tenex? I will be having surgery after almost 3 years of not being able to run due to high hamstring tendinosis. A new doctor recently diagnosed me as having calcifific tendinopathy as well as gluteal tendinopathy and approved me for surgery. I had previously been told that clinically everything looked fine and there was no reason I couldn’t run (despite debilitating pain).

Hoping to hear some success stories! Also, advocate for yourselves and seek second opinions if pain is not resolving.
