How does this weekly dosage sound? Adderall + Phenibut

To clarify it's isn't adderall it's Mydayis (addy xr with 3 extended release timers) which is why the dose seems high

Monday - Phenibut Tuesday - nothing Wednesday - 75mg mydayis Thursday - 75mg mydayis Friday - Phenibut Saturday - Nothing Sunday - Nothing

Is this a good schedule in regards to dependence and tolerance? Don't know the Phenibut dose yet bc I haven't gotten it yet but I'm assuming 1000mg - 2000mg
