Sexual harassment?

My living situation has been toxic and I’m just waiting until I get a job so I can move but I feel like I’ve been getting harassed in my place by my other roommates and lately they have been doing this thing where on more than several occasions at night they would be loud enough for me to hear them have sex this has been ongoing since December (I been here since May 2025) and they keep on doing it on more than one occasion I would invite my company over and they would do it and I wonder if I can get them taken to court over this because it’s being done on purpose!
