Question

Hi folks! I want to put pink on my bleached hair but grow out my roots which are currently at 1/4th of an inch. I was gonna use a dark dark semipermanent for now to do this in case I change my mind later. When dyeing should I put the dark root first then the pink on ends and blend or other way around - eg put on the pink first and leave the root then layer the dark over? TIA for tips!
