Trying to get ahold of urgent care or wait tomorrow until my doctors open. Got the vertigo 😭 my ear is so loud as well. Ahhh!

My doctor has diagnosed me with menieres but to get super technical thinks I have cochlear hydrops with BPPV 😭 oh well

Urgent care just said no. I guess I either do it myself or wait
