Princess Dickson - Victim blaming

Since the passing of Prin due to bullying on TL, we've seen alot of people victim blaming the parent. Is anyone going to answer the phone in the room that tattlers took it off forum many many times which goes against the fundamental rule of keeping it on Tattle? Even to the point of going onto her TT directing followers to her mum's threads which they are still doing now? Are the rules of tattle no mean comments about children?
