I took about 8 ish months off, anything I should be watching out for?

As the title says , I took a long while off because I was just getting a little fed up with my fishing trips and occasional volcano racing, getting interrupted.. That And needing to finish up some expansions and some other games , and you get the point

Anything new I should be looking out for or more accurately avoiding?
