Problem setting up forex footprint chart

Hey, I’m using IB and quantower.. I can’t get the footprint chart to come up.. but I can tell it up, because the wicks on the candle sticks went away.. also the cluster button on the bottom is on..:: so what am I doing wrong.. it also says there both connected
