The letter is adorned with a green wax seal in the form of the sigil of House Sunderland, instructions on the letter read: "Not to be broken by anyone but Lord Jon Arryn, Lord of the Vale"

My Lord Jon,

As I've promised to serve you in my full capacity I fear I must send word earlier than we had hoped. I write this letter with haste as Lady Sharra and I have left The Eyrie and are on our way to Kings Landing, so I fear my words will be few and direct.

A whisper has reached my ears, Myranda Arryn and Rhaenyra Blackfyre, your prisoner, were heard speaking in The Eyrie. Whatever this means I could not tell you, my Lord. Nor do I wish to speculate to the nature or contents of their conversation. I hope this letter finds you soon.
