Feeling stuck in my career, want to change the role

Am a mechanical engineer(passed out in 2024) stuck in the vicious "Quality control" role in an automobile company(top one) from past 19 momths. When i sat for the campus interview, they didn't ask any preference of department/role. When i got on-board, they directly assigned me to quality department without asking me. Now, the environment here is that much toxic that production doesn't give a shit to quality and pressure us, in addition to that yard's(vehicle distributor) PDI put the headache on us to pass defects to them. Even my manager don't give a shit to that. Only person liable for vehicle inspection is me. If defects passes out, have to listen gaali from head and manager.

Now coming to my routine, my job consists of rotating shifts, one week i have to get up at 5 AM and come home at 5:30PM, another week the timings are of 1:30PM to 1:30 AM. My mental health/physical health/sleep cycle/ weight...all are getting worse and worse with time. I have 19 months of workex in "QUALITY " Department on my resume and now no any company is hiring me for ny other good role(R&D, Design, Engineering etc). Feeling completely stuck in this mud. Can anybody suggest what to do?
