Took them out, I still have bumps. is it normal?

I got my snake bites done yesterday, it’s a piercing with two small metal dots in each side of the lip. It gave me such a confidence boost and I was very proud of wearing them. I always wanted something that can make me stick out and this was my first time feeling a lill different in a positive way.

My mom called me just now and we always have face time, she noticed that I didn’t show her my face and I was only showing her my eyes and nose. (A part of me wanted to show her my piercings and be myself) She made me show her my whole face and with that she saw my new piercings. She hung up instantly and called me again and said I should remove them now, now now now. Out of emotional distress I pulled on my piercings and now the holes are gone but the pain and swelling from pulling is still there. Now it’s like I have small balls in side my lower lips. I eat normally but I can still feel dem.
