To the liver experts, or infectious disease experts...
20M, I'm taking 400mg praziquantel, 12mg ivermectin, fenbendazole 222mg, tinidazole 100mg, 3x daily. And then fluconazole 2x daily. As well as NAC 1,000 mg, alpha lipoic acid 600mg 3x daily, vitamin b1 (thiamine), and milk thistle 3x daily. Tudca 1x daily. I've done my research on exactly why and yes I need it because my hemotoligist failed 3 failed hemotologists for my low iron and extreme low energy. Anyways my liver panel is perfect kidney panel is perfect. I will do this for 3 weeks on one week off. 2 full rounds, what are my chances of getting permanent liver damage, liver failure or anything of the sort? Based on my research the liver is extremely regenerative (you can cut out 75% leave 25% and it will grow back fully) also in r/alcoholics and ppl I know in the military they drink 10-20 beers daily for years with perfect liver pannels.
