Not turning on

hey guys iv got a problem with my crystal it not powering on at all, no light, fan spins a bit then stops, same with the hard drive and there's a little sound (best way i can explain is like the windows error message) then nothing im at a loss iv gone in and seen if there's anything I can see that is corsing it not no any help is verry much welcome because I carnt find anything about this anywhere
