Not sure if this is a bug or a setting I have turned on, but the game launches with this as my skin no matter what I change it to in the MC launcher. Anyone know a fix? (Stoneblock 4)

Im playing stoneblock 4 using the curseforge launcher and haven't messed with any files at all. The issue just started happening (im around 10 or so hours playtime) when it was fine and showed the skin I selected before. Not sure what else to do to be honest
