Pregnancy “safe” excursions

I am going on a cruise that stops in Cozumel in March. I will be about 18 weeks pregnant. Looking at the excursions through my cruise and none of them are “suitable for pregnant people”… We are only looking to go on a boat and go snorkeling. Any suggestions on any tour operators that allow pregnant people lol?
