Dr. Upton leaving NHS?

So the BBC released an article about her leaving, but failed to mention why, when, and what will happen in the future with the cases against her.

The article just rehashed the same stuff about peggie a few times before ending. Does anyone have any insight into Dr. Uptons' safety? It's so devastating that she was bullied out of the NHS.
