Which card should i get

Current Cibil: 798 (when i last checked, it may be 800+ now)

Age: 26

Monthly Income and Employment status: 65 lakh (including cash and stocks). Salaried.

Monthly Expenses & Spending Patterns: NA ( have other card for expensed in India)

Top 5 Monthly spend categories and Top 5 Annual spend categories: maybe hotels, shopping, cabs in US

Preferences for Credit Card Features: save money (forex) + lounge access is optional,

Reward Preference (Cashback or Reward Points): no such preference

Lounge Access Required: optional

Other Special Needs:
