Sky Broadband V Dodgy Box?

I've seen a few very subs on this topic but most are 7/8 years old. Sky made some more noise last month on their plan to target dodgy boxes.

We had sky broadband installed over the last few days and now our DBox seems to be impacted and not connected - could be totally separate but I am paranoid based on all the noise - could sky broadband be blocking the DBox?
